new clock now car wont start

had no electrics in car so i changed the speedo clock and now i have electrics but wont start how do i decode the clock thanx for reading

Think the clocks hold the imobilliser match to the ecu therefore it would need to be done by a dealer I think. Not sure if VAG-COM or something similar may be able to do it?

If by "clocks" you mean the dash panel and instruments, then you have also changed the immobiliser module, and it will need to be matched to the ECU and all the keys. You might be able to do it with VAG-com, but a dealer can certainly do it - for a price.
