Alright all,

Invested in a new brake set-up

rear discs and pads staying standard as they arent worth the bother
312mm EBC turbo discs from bill
Motul RBF600 fluid from bill
goodridge braided lines all round

i just need pads, obviously i dont want something thats going to wreck the bank, but i want something thats going to work well with what im doing and that wont totally EAT the new discs etc.

options are

Ferodo DS
EBC red
Mintex

all getting fitted come service time in 1300 and the BF turbo back exhaust as well

i wouldn't touch the red stuffs with a very long barge-pole. i had some when i changed the discs on my LCR and they scored the discs. a lot of people swear by the DS2500's but i've got ferodo DS performance pads all round and the stopping power is awesome!

At the moment i use OMP fast road pads and to be honest they are really good, teamed up with EBC grooved and dimpled disks and i dont have a single complaint with them!

DS2500's but I have heard very good things about the mintex extremes and they are quite a bit cheaper.

Ferodo DS pads, without any shadow of a doubt. It's also not an area I'd recommend skimping on either, which is why I went for the tried, tested and proven DS pads :)

That's very honest! I don't disagree, but it's nice to see somebody willing to say that despite the fact they sell them! :)
