Remove the lot altogeather, put 1 pipe with a T in from the manifold to the DV. Use the T for your boost gauge take off.

Cool, I can do that! Can you then just leave the rest of the vacuum pipes in place. I don't want to start taking things off when they might be used for something! I'm not fussed abut stripping it all off just yet, just want the slight gains that you get from doing this.

So if you dont have a boost gauge then you wont need the T-piece near the dv would just be 1 long piece of vacuum hose? Always thought about doing this but i just cant seem to get my head round it haha

Yeah but you need a resistor to make the ecu think that the n249 is still connected to the electrical harness.

If you did it like the pictures from page one you don't need any resistors
