Hi guys, thanks for all your comments, much appriecated!!!

Few parts turned up this week, including my Forge blanking plate so I can rip out the SAI and few bits to remove the EVAP!

Waiting on delivery of the catch tank so I can get on with that

That's a very nice ride man!!!
Found you're project while searching for the Dotz Radium rims on an Ibiza. They look really great.

Would you happen to know how much they weigh? Are they heave compared to the original wheels, or are they light?

Little update guys, finally got rid of SAI, Evap and battery, and fitted catch tank properly!

With battery gone could then move air filter down

yea it is, i find it very good, same one philw has i think, only thing is it can get a little oilly around it as the breather filter is right on top, but i just keep it clean there when i get a chance. its got a little sump plug on underneath so its easy to empty to unlike the others i think

Thanks. Ive been looking at it and thinking of getting one as Im getting abit of oil by the breather hole in my airbox on my 1.4 mk2. There iant any getting on the filter but Ive been thinking of getting it. Was worried about the draining side but Im happy with the method. It easy to connect up??

Hi mate, no there is a bracket on the catch tank i bought, just a piece of metal with a hole in it, which convenitly fits directly onto the old bracket for the airbox on the cupra model, was dead chuffed, the hosing is 19mm which fits fine onto the engine side of it, but for where the 19mm hose goes onto the catch tank i used a bit of 12mm hose to act as a reducer because the connections on the catch tank are 12mm

Hope this helps :)

Bit of a update, been doing alot of spraying recently, my wheels were looking bit worse for wear so decided to re polish up the dish and repspray the centres Vauxhall Anthracite, didnt quite know what the colour was going to turn out like but I love it, also painted the bumper trims in it so it all matches :D

Hi mate, I went for 20mm H+R spacers, which I think is the most common choice on here with great reviews, but they were a little wide for the wheels i have, and it did catch the tire a little over bumps so ive just gone back to my old 15mm ones, i have the 20mm ones if your interested in buying them? If your running standard wheels should be fine, and no one else seems to have problems with them
