They are Team Dynamics Pro Race 1's which i think they don't make anymore. I just need to lower it now, get some light tints and the exterior is done.

cupra as standard - middle bit pulls out - either side is attached to the back of the bumper as part of the frame support - not expensive or hard to do - but a bumper off job

As flapper said you have to take the bumper off. The larger part in the pic below is plastc welded in. All you have to do is cut off the plastic welds, remove your old grille. Fit the new CUPRA grille and using a soldering iron melt bits of plastic to secure it. The grille is a tight fit anyway so you may not need to solder. The other part just clips into place.

thanks! :) any idea of part no / cost .

how much did you spend getting your wheels refurbished. the only place i have found that will do mine is wicked wheels and they want to charge £55 each wheel. and for that price it would be cheaper picking up a used on from the scrappy thats not damaged as that is 35-45 quid.

For both the "S" badge grille and the side grille it'll cost you around £95 from a seat dealer. It'll be cheaper to find someone who is breaking a cupra or look on ebay.

The wheels cost me £120, that was for all five alloys. I got them done thru a friend of a friend, who does bodywork for Landrover.
