Ordered a couple of Continental SportContacts for the Toledo on the 21/11, get an email stating delivery (to my work address) will be on the 29/11. Low price, free delivery, everyone's a winner.
On the 24/11 I get a call from stores saying my tyres have arrived. Unfortunately they were the wrong size, brand, everything. I phone MyTyres and inform them of their error. Not good enough apparently, I have to email them, they have to cancel my order, create a new one, blah, blah, blah.
01/12, courier arrives to take the wrong tyres away. Later that day, the correct tyres arrive. Fantastic, all sorted.
Er...no.
04/12, I get an email from MyTyres with a collection note which I need to get signed by the courier who will collect the tyres that day. I email MyTyres telling them I can't get the courier to sign their form, as he took the tyres away two days previously.
04/12, pm, I get a call from stores, two more tyres have been delivered. WTF? They're two more Contis. Well, MyTyres, if you want them back, you can can come and find them. I'm not emailing or phoning anymore. They're unsolicited goods, and if you haven't taken them in two weeks, they're going on my car with the first two.
