well bought this last week and already have a few mods

fitted a front and rear FORGE MOTORSPORT strut braces
Fitted a FK badgeless black grille
h7r hid kit
and a green cotton panel filter

FORGE remap next week

here is a few piccys and yes coilovers are on the list of to do's

looks like you got spacers on but haven't mentioned in your list of mods

yea has 5mm fronts and 15mm rears

Did the rear strut brace make any noticeable difference arround corners mate?

Also was it a pain to install since i know you have to mess up the carpet a bit...

the rear seemed to make hell of a difference

and it took me 20 mins to fit very easy to do

much more than the front did, front made a bit of difference

hmhmh interesting since i am tempted however i already have a rear anti roll bar adjustable by whiteline fitted so i think in my setup it wont make much of a difference.

+ i am a bit affraid to make the rear too stiff since our worn roads here might send you in a ditch if youre unlucky sometimes lol....

i think it will compliment the rear arb to be honest keeps the back tight

Well had my remap done at Forge yesterday and all i can say is amazing

so much extra torque and now power stays higher up the rev range

and no some from what i can see

how much was that rear strut brace? and where from?
what horsepower you running now then?

car looks real smart mate! loving it!

the strut braces are from forge motorsport

and the map gives around 205ps so around 200 bhp using forges remap

LCR front splitter fitted

Side strips colour coded

and front and rear seat sport number plates and black grilles to replace the grey ones

next is coilovers

tidy car u got there mate, what kinda of MPG do you get? thinking if i can afford to i might get rid of my 1.2 next year and either go for an FR or Cupra Tdi but if i got the FR i would want the cupra bumpers again and oval exhaust, front mount, pd160 intake, so i think i would be cheaper buying a cupra, but is the mkg much different between the two?

Hey m8 looks gr8 same sorta look im goin 4 bt gna get sidedoor moulds gloss black wer did uget ur front grille black ? rather than grey was finkin bwt paintin it but ? mit nt b able 2 get gud enuf key ? appreciate ya getn bk 2 us ;p

Hi mate the Grille is a FK badgless grill it came in black already

The two side grilles i got from eBay aswell and they came black

and i got the number plate surrounds from eBay

got my coilovers fitted today so ill get some pictures after GTI International (Im on the Forge Stand)



if im right teh FR will only map to around 170-175

the cupra will go around 190-195

and u get all the bits you have mentioned as stock

ah sorry ment the lower big grill iv got a small debadged grill lookkin 4 lower 1 beta scan ebay u dnt knw the proper name 4 those strips under the plates do you ? thanks

well got it lowered on D2 coilovers here is a few piccys from GTI International while i was on works stand (FORGE MOTORSPORT)

Then had a few goes up the 1/4 mile

bit disasapointed about the times but it was silly hot and a broken engine mount on the 1st run
