My fault codes which is confusing me!

Well I've been lucky up to now, Replaced a MAF with a genuine bosch about month ago with no other faults apart from

00625 - Vehicle Speed Signal 27-10 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent

which would only appear every now and then. My latest check using Vag Com has not shown this.

3 Days ago I noticed the car was lacking power, popping the exhaust on gear changes and was not idling like it would.

After a vag com check yesterday I found

16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: Malfunction in Circuit P0130 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

which I cleared and later came back that day.

So I rang GSF and theyo have a new Lambda sensor in stock, Is it wise to buy a new genuine one or will the one from GSF be ok?

To make things worse, I started the car after work to find it not wanting to idle however only had 2 miles to drive so I drove it home trying to stay off boost which it caused no problems till I went onto boost and was misfiring.

Connected Vag Com to find no fault with the Lambda but instead found these!

16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 35-00 -

16688 - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0304 - 35-00 -

So again I cleared the codes which they came back, took each coilpack off and spark plug out, cleaned them and refitting them.

Vag Com connected again and cleared all the faults, both misfires have gone only I now have as the only fault

17832 - Secondary Air Injection System: Bank 1: Leak Detected P1424 - 35-00 - 1 Fault Found:

and the car still dont have any power and feels like its still not idling right???

What am I to think? Should I buy 2 coil packs and lambda from GSF tomorrow as I need the car working so I can get to work which is most cases is 20 miles!

Ive not had time to check my vac hoses however they are silicone so should not be any leaks there, I do have a N249 bypass with the resistor which has been fitted for 2 years with no problems... If the resistor was to pack up could this explain

17832 - Secondary Air Injection System: Bank 1: Leak Detected P1424 - 35-00 - 1 Fault Found:

Thanks guys

Well I cant find any leaks, I got my new Lambda today from GSF part number 06A 906 262 F and as you know the OE number is 06a 906 265 N.

Ive not fitted it, What is the difference? I cant return it once the plastic bag as been opened so need to make sure its correct.

Have you asked GSF why they are selling what you think is the wrong item? Conversely have you asked a Seat parts place if this "older" number has replaced the "newer" one?

IIRC the difference between the part numbers is down to one being pre and one being post cat...

dont hold me to it though...

Yes I did and they got it wrong, rang SEAT Blade to confirm the correct part number and got it all sorted.

Car feels loads better however when viewing block 31 I think it is, maybe block 32 both sensors read 0%

Could this mean the other Lambda is also gone?

Your fuel trims on block 032 should only read 0% if you have just reset your ecu or cleared your fault codes. They should move away from 0 after a short drive when adaption has taken place. If they do not move from 0 then you could have a faulty o2 sensor yes.
