Why is the MW reception so bad in mk4 Ibizas ?


Mate of mine has awful reception and I do two and not like we live close to each other and its a coverage thing.


Anyone else get poor MW signal ?

I think the head unit does that anyway as you sometimes need an amp when you swap out the standard unit.

Isnt MW generally iffy reception anyway?

nah problem sorted - aftermarket HU dont power the ariel for some reason

well that would explain it, didnt say in your thread that you have fitted an aftermarket unit.
