Evening all,

Has anyone had any dealings with these www.moto-tech.co.uk? They are specialists in VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda that are based in Shaftesbury in Dorset.

Also has anybody ever dealt or gone with superchip for a remap? Moto-Tech are quoting 260-265 BHP which seems about right for a stage 1 remap for £399.

Any feed back will be much appreciated...

yeah well I'm pretty embarrassed now...didn't actually think there was a difference, but seem very obvious now. Ok cool, cheers boys.

Would you its better to sort out a induction kit/smoothed air box before the remap?

I would recamend an uprated diverter valve ( forge 007p around 80 quid ) and a panel filter from K&N or cotton green .

Ah APD, they seemed to have slipped my mind, i had a look at them before. I know a guy whos brother work there...may have to get in contact with him, see if he can sort my out with some sort of discount...no harm in trying, just might be know as the pikey after though! ha

Yeah i should be getting a 007p valve on order once the christmas present have been purchased. Any views on moving it to the could side of the engine?

I'm guessing that the new panel filter with an unmodified air-box wouldn't give you the same sound as a induction kit though?
