MOT failure, can anyone help???
Hi guys, new to the forum! I’ve got a 58 plate Leon fr with nearly 96k on the clock and I’ve been having some issues with it!

Since I bought it it’s had an issue with lots of white smoke coming out of the exhaust when idle, I’ve had it to a mechanic and they were stumped as to what it could be! Anyway I took it for its mot and it failed on the emissions, the reading was 9.9!
The guy plugged it in to the computer and it came back with these4 faults:
001138 exhaust gas pressure sensor signal too low.
001137 exhaust gas pressure sensor implausible signal
012600 intake manifold runner control, regulation deviation
000665 – Boost Pressure Regulation: Control Range Not Reached
001026 – EGR System: Excessive Flow.
I’ve had it at seat and they said it was a dpf issue but I’m doubtful. The mot obviously failed and I’m left wondering what to do!!
The injectors were replaced as part of the recall but I’ve heard that sometimes they don’t sit them back right, could this be the issue?
Can anyone help??

For the first two codes I would get a new exhaust pressure sensor if the one you have fitted looks in good order and all connections look good as it is more than likely faulty.

Will have a search regards the other faults to see what I can find for you mate.

I do know that the sensor has been replaced twice before I got it according to the service history, although that link does state that if its not a vag part then it may not be compatible.

I didn't think diesels were tested on emissions for mots? .. I'm assuming it's a diesel as you mentioned a dpf. Does it drive like normal ? Plenty of power? .. Any weird noises?
