Mong question - Engine code/Spark plugs

I've got the ever so popular 1.6 SXE (97 R reg) and i've no idea what the engine code is or where to look for it/find out.

Was going to do plugs and leads today before i hit this (rather obvious) stumbling block.

Seem to have narrowed it down to AEK or AFT.

Can be found in your V5 log book and also in your engine bay, drivers side, on the bulk head near the strut top. Should be a black sticker
