Modifying

Hi there to all,

I have a Seat Leon 20v Turbo and looking to modify a bit.

Does the car have to be remapped before putting on Induction Kit. I have the Pipercross PK250 Kit. Would this affect the way the car drives. ??

I must of bought a leon then that needs all the bits replacing at once then. The car has not been running right at the moment. It seems to not accelarate properly or it feels like its holding back somehow. I thought it might have been the induction kit so i took it off.

I've replaced the maf and the lambda probe but still i have the same problem.

I think you've done the right thing replacing the IK with something else (hopefully a stock airbox)

Easiest thing to do is get it on vag-com to see if there's any fault codes

Don't have Vag.com, looking into investing into it.

Has anyone else had the same problems when fitting induction kits. Been looking into this quite a bit and some threads are saying the N75 valve may be the problem.

Just getting frustrated as the car doesnt seem to be driving to it's full potential.

could be the n75, could also be a number of things, get a copy of vag com of e bay, they are about £20 for a copied version with the cable, and get it plugged in, no point on wasting money when it isnt solving anything!!!
