Hellooo,

Just got a bone stock -04 LCR and of course I wanna mod it somewhat. Not goin crazy tho as its fwd. Im thinking of getting:

- revo stg. 1
- K/N cone filter
- Forge Split R valve
- tip

Im not gonna bother with the exhaust and headers since its already 225hp stock.

Any more tips from you brits?

For the stage 1 that should be fine mate.. Might be worth looking into the suspension afterwards ? I havent got a LCR (yet lol) but believe there are a few cheap(ish) mods to make it handle a lot better!

Get some pics up ;)

Thats to "in dept" for me. Sticking to the easy street. Remap, valve and some pipes... I think thats all this car needs. Everyday driver. :)

Get a dog bone bush - well worth the small amount of money they are.
The suspension in my opinion does need upgrading, i have the Koni FSD's with Eibach lowering springs and it is much better than the standard suspension.
Also alot of people recommend Anti Roll Bars which i will be getting next.

Yeah you cant get much better than a dog mount as they are only £20
I would also advise a goost gauge if your going with the split R as you WILL
need it to make sure you have it set right.

you could also look at the forge short shift

Just read about the dog mount here and I believe thats a stiffer engine mount and I know thats not for me. Vibration would not go well... But boost gauge with pod and perhaps oil pressure for the split R valve sounds better. Can I order that from Forge as well? Same look as the instrument cluster? White face/ red dials... Where does it measure boost from and is it a complex install?

:)

What psi would REVO stg 1 give? 20-22psi?.

... I just know one thing leads to another upgrade on this forum ;)

If you're thinking of getting a remap the dog bone bush is a must for getting the traction down. The vibration is minimal and only happens on idle, if you raise the revs by only 100 rpm the vibration stops.
As far as i know forge don't do gauges. I got mine from Halfords, they are made by Autogauge and are pretty much an exact match for the standard cluster.
Don't know about stage 1 but stage 2 is 20-22 psi, although mine has spiked to 25psi a few times before.

Yeah i have gone with the auto gauge ones, they are a bit cheap looking but are a perfect match to dials. as far as the pillar is concerned i went with nomad as they are the dogs as far is looks go
