As title basically... will a Set of MK4 seats fit in a MK3 ?? basically this will be the whole lot.. rear bench and 2 fronts.

any help would be great thanks :)

I can do a little modification if needed but would rather keep it to a minimum

grind this:

to this:

than mesure the holes from the new seat and drill them like this:

on the back of the new seat you have to grind your wheel for in the rails otherwise the dont fit:

remove this wheel
remove the wheels that was on the left X and remove the part of the seatbelt at the right X:

beware,at one site of the seat they will fit in the rails but on the othersite you have to cut him a little bit..messure this out!

than drop them in

TBH, MK4 seats are crap, MK2/3 ones give so much more support.

They won't fit straight on, the runners are different. These ones bolt direct to the floor.
