i got 2 rear door handles from a mk4 polo and they dont sit perfect, i can post a picture up or u can add me to msn and i will send pics over that way.
maybe its just my handles but they dont seem to close 100% flush
dont want to go back to standard black ones with locks though, so i make do, and still look good!

I have just de-locked my Ibiza using new handles with no lock and barrel
Took me all of ten minutes to do both of them.
Heres the codes you need if you want to order em from Seat
MK2/3 black handle
6K4839205B3FZ £16.45 + VAT
or
MK2/3 primed handle
6K4839205CGRU £16.45 + VAT (if you are painting em body coloured)
you also need an allen key
remove the rubber gromit on the side of the door, unscrew the hex key, pull the old handle out. Put the new handle in place, screw in the hex key, replace the gromit. Do other side. Stand back and admire

BTW your car will need central locking before you do this
this should work on all mk2 & 3 ibiza's and cordobas
if the central locking fuse goes you will have to climb in through the boot!

not the best picture of them, sun was hitting them at a funny angle and making them look less glossy than they actually are.
They are from a mk4 5 door polo 2000 reg. £9 delivered off of eBay
that reminds me, think il go to the bodyshop near me and get him to do them for me, halfords paint just doesnt cut it, and red halfords paint just fades

My Key will not open the boor?? the drivers and passengers doors open using the key, and the boot will open using the remote, but the key will not turn in the boot?!?
I tried to take the lock out, as per the door handles, but it doesnt come out as its attached to some linkage inside - bloody annoying, i think i may have to take the rear plastic trim out of the boot.
I have the new delocked handles, but i am reluctant to fit them untill my boot works!

Just had a thought, are the door lock barrels interchangable with the boot - i have two spare now as iam delovking the doors and they work fine, can i use oine in the boot lid?
