get your self a green dynatwist or a BMC kit if you want an open ended filter, if not,

Just get a green panel filter coupled to a cupra air intake, cheaper , but no extra noise,

Don't buy a k&n as there too oily and will knacker up your maf sensor

As Sisson has said if you want a cold air intake go for a Green Dynatwist, We find that just using a Green panel filter and a PD160 air intake does the job but give no extra noise.

We can supply the Green panel filter and the PD160 air intake here at JBS Auto Deisgns for £80.20 Inc VAT

I hope this helps

all induction kits/panelfilter etc you will notice very litle gain in power/torque. youu more likely to notice the fact that the car will rev more freely.

i have a pd130 FR and i run a green panel filter and slightly moded air intake and this is what i have found.

i have noticed no difference in fuel consumption with my panel filter, even after having it remapped i have not really noticed any difference under normal driving

I have been running the green panel and pd160 for a year or so now. Its spot on, however throughout the summer i think that the best mod would be FMIC as i feel the lack of power in the heat.

Thats running a mapped car though, never noticed a difference before.
