Dan the front end's might be the same but the LCR's engine cover is different, the S3 strutt brace one curves around the loom cover the Golf one it sit's in front of it, I'v heard of people haveing to cut the engine cover on LCR's to get it to fit

Does the mk4 golf rear strut brace fit aswell? And will i have to make holes for the front strut brace ?

hi mate looking at dans pics the front is ok, you just have to make the holes for the rear, could'nt help but notice you have jamex coilovers, how do you find them on the leon? are they harsh? had some on a mk3 golf gti was'nt much for them on that :D

Dk i haven't tried with my engine cover but I will when I'm home , I no the Audi one bends but seeing as I'm not using my engine cover I have a coil pack cover it doesn't bother me , the rear one does fit but you do have to make your own holes , if you get the same as Dk has they have made a clamp up that it sits in , but the rear brace is like 80 quid where I paid 37 for the pair delivered , so I can't complain it does it's job

me and dan both have the same braces, front and rear,
yes they do make a diffrence, i have the oem front ARB and NO rear arb and oem springs and shocks (at the moment), the back end is in check all the time (more than it used to be any way) and feels so much better on the twists, the front end is planted too.
i did have the engine cover on mine and it was fine but no longer have it on due to some issues i had with coil packs
i can see how much the rear has made a diffrence since installing it, my old cupra used to be like an MX5 in the wet on bends, if you check my RR you will see how the LC ended up on a more or less straight wet road when the owner moved out the way of an animal...
i got so used to the "scattyness" of the leon i actualy liked it and got used to a little bit of "drift" like action to fight, the LCR was a lot better but with the braces fitted, i have no fuss at all
the guys with ARB's and the rear braces must be loving it more than me as they must be solid!!!
