Mk3 Pre Facelift Fog light covers

Hi,
the facelift mk3 cupra leon has fog light grills that look like this:

Im pretty sure most people have seen them before. It is possible to retrofit them to the FR Facelift.
My question: Ive read online that these do not fit the pre facelift Leon FR - Is that true?
If so, by how much? Can you somehow make them fit? And if not, is there a similar product for the pre facelift leon FR, other than those 10$ aliexpress foglight covers that look absolutely terrible.
Maybe someone created a 3d file to print them or there is someone who sells something similar.

If it’s the copper coloured blades you’re specifically interested in, then EZMods make a vinyl overlay kit that’s suitable for both the pre-facelift Leon Cupra and FR models (see ‘Fitment’ details on the webpage at the link below). The vinyl overlays are also available in a selection of colours other than copper. The overlays don’t cover the foglights, so foglight operation and functionality is not affected.
