mk3 ibiza cupra foglights....

Hi guys,

ive done a search and looked at the mk3 section and the FAQ section and couldn't find any info.

Ive just bought a mk3 ibiza cupra r 2002 and i need to replace the drivers side front foglight housing. I was wondering wether i needed to take the front bumper off to do this or could i do it with just jacking up the front of the car.

Has anybody done this before some instructions would be grateful....

If this has been covered else where i appologise for doing a pointless thread:blink:

TBH its a piece of piss to do, jack the car up, reach underneath and twist off the cap. Unplug the wiring, remove bulb and replace.

If you can get under the bumper to see, then it'll be alot easier for you.

But bumper off is easy too.

dont suppose you can explain where your wiring runs to, ideally where in the engine bay does it go into the cabin?

Its normally passenger side as that is where the fuses are and battery etc.
