Mk3 door cards?

I am putting a mk3 cupra interior into my mk2 GTI 16v.

The door cards that came with the mk3 interior did not have the switch panels with them.

My question is, did any of the lower spec mk3 models come without electric windows and mirrors? If so are these panels the same size and shape as on a cupra door panel?

you can order the handles without the holes from your local dealer, there the same size and clip straight in
