Its not possible to change the head unit on MK2 Leon as yet! The electrical system is ran on a cambuss system. There are boffins looking to create an adapter to suit the head unit and then a facia conversion kit but you need to be patient! Why dont you just fit subs, amp & 6x9, have already done this to a MK2 Leon and it does the job, more than nicely. MK1 leon 6 disc will not go into MK2!

Hope this helps!

Yes, I ran the subs power directly from the battery and pluged into the HU, however some MK2 Leons havent had the sub pre-outs, I would suggest if this is the case, then take it to an approved ICE installer and they will advise/sort. It is possible, done this for a customer once before.

Good Luck & Enjoy!!

Hi, Sorry just have a loosely related question. Do you know how easy it is to retro fit the MFD2 navigation system. As far as i know its just plug and play. Presumably you need a fascia adapter or 2.

Also is it possible to flash the software to SEAT logos etc if I bought a VW one.
