mk2 ibiza badge removal

hey all,done a search but haven't found anything really helpful...but how do you get the front "S" badge off,can only see the 3 screws holding the top of the grill on so can't really get behind the badge.

also what is actually the easiest way of removing the rear "S" badge aswell,as the screw underneath it is a strange security screw??

theres 2 bolt slot type fitting under each indicator as well

iirc its melted on the back and the centre black section is too - you can demelt it and screw em back on but dont get the screws too long or they poke out the front

hmm...sounds tricky lol.how do i get behind the bumper to that point though?loads of stuff in the way

bumper stays on

indicators out - undo bolts each end - undo 3 screws on top - grille comes away

bumper is held in on each wing side and 2 torx bolts under the grille

anyone know where i can geta tool to take off the security tool holding the rear badge on?still no idea how to get the front bumper off to reach the front badge .please help!
