Mk1 Leon Cupra worth (ROI)

Any Irish people in here? Or anybody that'd have an idea of what a 2001 Mk1 Cupra is worth?
1.8T 180BHP AUQ, mapped/Dynod at 211BHP, 155 thousand miles, full service history and four folders full of receipts, Cupra R front bumper and skirts, 17 inch Cupra R alloys freshly refurbished and sprayed grey, Cupra R 4pot Brembos, discs and pads, Audi S3 rear calipers, lowered on near new Racelands, she has full electric leather memory seats etc etc, Decat/down pipe, Creation motorsport TIP, Forge 007 DV, Cone air filter, SAI delete/simplified, a lot of creation motorsport silicone pipes, car just got all new jacking points, fully sandblasted, undersealed and waxed (it is mint underneath), brand new timing belt/water pump, sump off/cleaned and new oil pick up, new plugs, oil/filter, fuel filter and thermostat, Car has no NCT and needs an exhaust manifold gasket and there is laquer peel on roof got quoted 250 to get it done. Car has only done 17 thousand miles in the last 7 years. Not one for sale in Ireland and I'd be surprised if there is even many about. I've never seen another one over here apart from my own. Cheers
