Missing power

I have question, is it possible that cupra bumper and blocked smic can cause big power loss,cause my car is remapped at 135hp, and dyno shows 120hp at 3500rpm not 4000rpm. And after 3500rpm power drops quickly. Is heat and small smic problem that my car is missing 15hp. Seat sport fmic will be installed next week
My car is ibiza mk4 1.9 tdi 100hp@135hp

possibly yeah, there was someone on here i believe who modded the cupra bumper to allow more air to the smic, but seeing as your installing a fmic, there is no need to mod the bumper

I have moded bumper and thats the results.

Blockage or turbo issues (sticky vanes or actuator) or maybe a boost leak. Power should keep rising until 4000 - 4200 rpm.

It should rise but i probably can cuz there is a heat soak because of smic dont get air cuz bcupra bumper.
