Minimum disc thickness (Cupra)

I need some help please guys.

My brother has a 53 plate Cupra (not R) and is trying to find out the thickness the brake discs should be replaced at. They are currently 24.37mm thick and he is unsure whether that is good or not!

Does anyone know what the minimum disc thickness is, and whether 24mm is under it! I've searched the forum and found info on the Cupra R but not the Cupra.
