Is it straight forward to change a resonated miltek to a non-resonated? Just bought a cupra r 225 but its not quite loud enough. hybrid ko4, full miltek, uprated manifold, cone filter, would this be better changed to the standard air box with panel filter? Also does anyone rate the ebc 330mm discs for the cupra r? They've got to be able to handle alot of punishment at the ring!

cheers

the non resonated comes with an extra silencer therefore you could remove this but you would need to remove this and weld another piece in, unless miltek made you a non res centre bit but unsure if thats possible.

The air box/induction kit thing is a highly debated subject, one person will say one thing, one will say another, my personal opinion on the subject is the difference is that negligable either way it doesn't matter.

Brake wise i would speak to Bill, Badger 5, about some eclyptic/two piece discs in conconction with ferrodo ds2500 pads. If you don't buy his discs, defo get the pads!

you can buy the section on its own, and a sports cat will give it a better sound but you may already have one as you said full miltek.
