does the resonated free up as much power as the non res or is it more restrictive some one with the knowledge please help as my bird is getting me one for xmas but doesnt want a loud one, plus as getting older i love the quiet

According to Milltek there is no performance loss or gain between the two differnet models.

The non resonated is fairly quite if you just pottering around town doing under say 3k revs, but if you open her up after 3k that’s when the real noise kick in.

If you’re doing a lot of motorway miles then..... the inside noise from the non resonated can be a bit weary on the ears after a while... unless you turn up the radio and semi drown out the noise.

Its totally down to personal preference. If your at all worried i'd suggest playing it safe and going for the resonnated system. As Ric siad there is no difference in power between the two systems.

Non-resonated ftw! :D

Really is the dogs dangly bits in looks and sounds!

Like has been said - below 2500-3000rpm its fairly normal, above 3000rpm it grumbles and is great :)

Idle is fairly different, deeper sound, video clip will be up over the weekend!
