Ok need a little help from somebody who is in the know.

Basically I would like to fit a Milltek DP and sports cat to my Ibiza 100PD but Milltek only make one for the 130PD.

What I need to know is will it fit at the turbo end of things? Anybody with ETKA able to see for the Downpipe on the 130 and 100 are remotely the same and how they join up at the turbo

If this helps PD130 turbo part number is 038 253 016 F
PD 100 turbo part number is 038 253 019 N

Dont know the Downpipe part numbers but Im told they are more or less identical apart from the end letter!

Any views on this would help alot

Cheers
Kyle

i just looked at etka, it lists part number for the exhaust and catalist for PD100 6Q0 254 500 CX. Then it lists the part number for the ASZ(PD130) the same part number.

Then down further it lists another part number 6Q0 254 500 EX for the PD130/160.

so its a bit confusing, it could be the earlier PD100/130 had the same exhausts and then later maybe changed the 130/160 for a different type.

I know with the PD100 and PD130 Golf in 2002 shared the same back box but in 2003 they fitted a smaller one on the PD100

Thanks for the reply.

So if the PD 100/130 used to share the same part numbers for the cat and where it bolts on to the trubo has not changed in design then there is no reason why it shouldnt fit. Is this correct?

Also do you know what the last letters of the part number usualy indicate?

Just had a thought could the 2 different part numbers have anything to do with the Sport and FR both 130PD?

Is there a way to check on ETKA when parts where made/released?

I *think* that the only real change they made between fr and sport were the badges,,,

i was only guessing as too why there was 2 listed in etka.

They also changed the gearing ratio plus some cosmetic things

Think JBS have came through for me and said that it should fit with a little bit of "adjustment"

Thanks for you help micky

The fr has another gear ratio and the arb is 1mm thicker.I think the suspension is a bit sportier too.

good old man evo2, where ya been??

Have you sold the 110 then?? :(

We are getting fewer and fewer sssstew!!!

I still read a lot here.I've learned most of Seat related things at SC.net :worship:

The 110 is going to the new owner next week.I really like(d) this car and I still love driving it.The main reason i've sold it is because I still got some good money for it.Off course another reason is that the FR is faster and it's a new car :D

kyle apparently the DP for the 100pd changed for 04 , up to 12/03 the 100/130 part nums where identical , then they changed , the number is the same but there is a letter on the end that changed , the turbo flanges should be the same , a good place like powerflow or ECC should make it work
