the service i received from the sales manager (Danny)was superb. i test drove my car for over an hour, and all my questions were answered. I had a good part exchange price on my mk4 golf which also helped in the exprience.
when inspecting the car on collection there were a few scratches but these were put right within minutes.
within a few weeks i had a warning light appear on the dashboard. i took it to my local dealer (Bournemouth) and they said I would have to have it booked in and wait a week until they could see it. I phoned Meadens and they said to bring it to them straight away and they will look at it that day........which they did and the fault was sorted.
I have since returned for my service which was good, and they dropped me to work. the only thing they didnt do was clean the vehicle, but ican live with that.
I would highly recommend, if you live in the Dorset/Hampshire area. Although they are part of the Bournemouth Seat group the customer experienc is so much better at Meadens than Bournemouth as they are a smaller delearship.
