Can you explain more bill, like a procedure. What block etc. I had it out today (the Map sensor) it was a little bit of a pain of a job.
actual boost block No.. you've used it previously I'm sure.

it needs to see some actual pressure... screw it into some sort of pressure vessel and pump it up and see its logged output. typically its 0-5v output for its range.. (1.55bar +ve)

Squeazing it probably wont work :D :D :D

That would be better than my other idea as well, which was to stick it in an office, and shout at it for being lazy.

or is that another kinda pressure.

:( One of the swap it and see parts Mad really..............

It is a silcone chip, that flexes under the pressure ( calibrated of course to application) They can also be used on vacuum too as well as Positive pressure.

Really basically as the chip flexes it alter's it's resistance, and outputs this as voltage, usually low, in VAG cars case 0-5V iirc........ @ least thats how they worked on my ford RS's, busted the fecker messing with one lol, and that was not the fault:doh: was W/G actuator sticking LOL:censored:

There a ******* to change with the chargecooler being where it is. I cant decide if i should change it before it goes to Jabba, the n75 has been done anyway i can do it myself so that will save me 2hrs labour at jabba because i reckon they would change it anyway.

I still think its the turbo housing though.
