PhilW: I know you have a lot of experinece with k03s (and all the goodies) and revo stg 2 map. Have you ever tried N75-J on your car with this map??? as Ive read on here that it often goes into softlimp... Whats your opinion on this...(Havent tried the J valve yet as Im currently logging and changing settings with select+ switch at the moment, going to try the valve when I´ve reached the optimal settings, currently at B8 T8, hopefully going B9 T9)

Right, i've always ran an n75J on my car, i did find that on the stage 2 map it used to surge/oscilate on the rollers but never on the road, it always run really well. Personally i think that this was down to the low requested boost low down on the map along with the load low down on the rollers. Incidently i never got this with stage 1 as i think stage 1 requests more boost low down the rpm and less up the rpm according to my logs compared to stage 2.

I have never hit limp mode on stage 1 or stage 2 with either N75J or with my Greddy Proefec EBC, for some reason the deviation on stage 2 seems to be massive which allows you max out the map i.e 2550mbar+ and never get the positive deviation limp mode code.

Also, my wastegate duty on stage 2 even at HB9 was always low, at 70% max at pretty much red line, hence why i chose to run a EBC which i can set the duty cycle.

It certainly goes very well with or without the EBC.

fyi i run HB9 and T9 with zero timing pull and low duty cycle. Ive managed to add 4.75 degrees of timing via lemmiwinks to get to a safe point on block 020. Now i need to start looking at timing curves and loads along with fuelling, which i honestly think its maxed out now as well as vag com is showing more than 100% requested for the injector duty cycle.

If i pull my finger out and get a wideband gauge i'd probably try running a 3" maf and 380cc injectors on a k03s to see what i could get out of it on a stage 2 map with lemmiwinks and an EBC.

Hope that helps.
