Magnex system

right my car has a full magnex , but its not loud enough for me and im not that keen on the massive oval out back , as my car is going motorsport look im wanting something a bit louder , im tempted to take of both mid silencers and replace them with a straight thru midsection but i dont know if this would loose performance or not , any suggestions ?

Magnex not loud enough!!! You sure its a magnex system? Ive got one and its pretty loud when giving it some. Low rumble when idle and not accelerating hard but give it some and it turns heads.

Maybe im just getting old lol.

I have a custom system with a mid sports silencer and i think its to loud. One thing I have found out is that the sound out side of the car is different to the one in side.

Decat sure brings some more noise to the table too !

ive got a custom as well, and even with a reducer pipe shoved in its atad too loud...will a decat make it much louder or just raspyer and louder when flooring it?

its odd, at low revs it sounds very hollow but once you build up speed people start turning round.

sorry im following suit i have a magnex system and got to say i love the sound and it's loud as **** when you boot it

have to go slow down my round cuz the neigbourgs have complaind it's to loud have never heard anyone say thier magnex system is to quite but every1s different.

like i say i do love the sound of it but dare i say it on long jorneys it can acturly start getting anoyed wid it,wouldent want to make it quiter thow

exacxtly mate you took the words out my mouth, to be fair i think magnex is well suited and one of the best you can get for the the euro car,although dont get me wrong their is many good makes out there

my twin magnex is loud even with a silencer on it sets car alarms of lol

On my old mk2 biza I had a magnex 6x4 cat back and it was quite loud.......got a hell of a lot louder when I fitted my Supersprint De-Cat pipe.
