MAF and Lambda sensors changed but still have engine management light on

Hey guys,

I presume other will have had this problem (especially as Seat seem to enjoy putting cars together with about as much precision as a blind surgeon) but it's really irritating. I've had the car just over 2 weeks, with at least one of those weeks spent in a work shop.

Both sensors were changed (as this is what my dad's diagnostic tool said were at fault), had the car back 5 minutes and hey presto engine management light back on.

I don't know what the error is, as I'll have to wait till tomorrow for it to be plugged in again, but has anyone else had any similar problems? and any suggestions as to what is causing the problem (presuming the lambda/maf aren't knackered already).

Cheers

Had it plugged in again, and one of the two errors we were getting before the sensor was changed has gone, (This was bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor "open circuit" ) however, there's one that is causing the eml to come on which is bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor "low capacity" or something along those lines, I've tried searching on the forum for low capacity but nothings come up.

As ever any help is greatly appreciated!

Cheers
