MAF, a little overpriced?

I'm on the lookout for a new MAF, so I thought I'd try good old ebay to see if genuine parts were cheaper than the dealers and I found this

if so then this maybe destined for the scrapyard...

There about half that price from UCP of a dealer.

I was in this case but I am after one, I just couldn't believe the price thats all
