Lowering with aero kit

Hey guys, so i got my Fr back last week after having the Aero front bumper, sideskirts and roof spoiler fitted ( Didn't fit the back bumper coz i didn't quite like how it looked on the black leons ) and its looking sick
Can't wait till i can post pics up to show you guys and get your views on it...
Anyway, so now i wanna lower her but i don't want it too low coz firstly the roads here in SA are pretty bad and secondly i'm planning to put a set of 19's as soon as i can save up the cash. So what springs would you recommend i lower my ride on taking the above factors into consideration as well as the fact that i have the kit on so she already is slightly lower to the ground compared to standard. I would wait and do the wheels and suspension one time but money isn't gonna allow that to happen anytime soon, and i can't handle the fact that the car is sitting so high. So what do you guys rate???

My k1 sometimes scrapes on roads in the UK, so I would only minimally lower it to save any real inconvience.

Google VW racing, they have springs that improve handling and dont lower the car too much. VW racing ones lower by 20mm, eibach sportline by 35mm.

mine lowewred -35 eibach s but has dropped a bit lower
got 19s with 235 tyres scrapes accasionally but not too bad

I have Eibach Prolines and Koni FSDs on mine (25mm) and run on 18" alloys. So far no scraping has been encountered.
