Lowering with aero kit

Hey guys, so i got my Fr back last week after having the Aero front bumper, sideskirts and roof spoiler fitted ( Didn't fit the back bumper coz i didn't quite like how it looked on the black leons ) and its looking sick :D
Can't wait till i can post pics up to show you guys and get your views on it...
Anyway, so now i wanna lower her but i don't want it too low coz firstly the roads here in SA are pretty bad and secondly i'm planning to put a set of 19's as soon as i can save up the cash. So what springs would you recommend i lower my ride on taking the above factors into consideration as well as the fact that i have the kit on so she already is slightly lower to the ground compared to standard. I would wait and do the wheels and suspension one time but money isn't gonna allow that to happen anytime soon, and i can't handle the fact that the car is sitting so high. So what do you guys rate???
