Low Pressure Fuel Pump - noisy???

Hi there,

my low pressure fuel pump (under rear seat area) has dveloped a ticking / tapping sound whenever its running (i.e. all the time). Removing seat and ear to pump defo points to it making the racket...

Will likley drop into dealership and hope they change under warrenty (fingers crossed but doubt it with other mods) but has anyone experienced a faulty low pressyre fuel pump in FL 2.0 turbo pertol models?

Searching brings up very few LOW pressure hits across the internet.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this. My fl Cupra R's fuel pump has started to tick rather loud on idle. The moment you touch the throttle even lightly it stops :-S

my cupra had this too, but luckily mine was just the case that the sealed lid (the plastic part that clips back on to the undersea metal) had just popped off so just had to push it back in so it clicked and it was sealed again. Yours may be different, not sure if you have had the rear bench up and checked?
