Loss of power- SEAT Leon 150bhp TDI Cupra

Hi all
Can anyone please help me with some suggestions?
I'm new to SEATcupra.net. I bought my car about 1 month ago and as normal I've been out and about more than usual.
The car is remapped to 170bhp and it goes like s**t off a stick.
However I left the car at my brothers the other night, when i picked it up in the morning, I noticed a loss in power through all the gear range. and the turbo seems a bit more laggy. The turbo sounds normal however.
the car has a full SEAT service history but the mile are quite high at 85,000.
Is this a problem with these cars??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

cheers

Thanks for your suggestion mate.
I think the problem has just got worse. I've just put my foot down to pass a bus. and just as the turbo kicked in, i heard a pop and the car just died, absolutely no power at all.
Black smoke coming from the back and a kinda woppa noise coming from underneath.
Its as if the turbo and exhaust are loosely connected.
The car splutters and the plastic cover underneath the engine has come away slightly.
I've got a feeling many £££££ to repair.
Any ideas??????

Probably a hose popped out thats all. Popular place is pipe into the intercooler just in front of the drivers wheelarch

Thanks for your help lads.
I've found a pipe under the engine and its came lose for a opposing pipe.
I'm 100% sure thats the problem. However While i was down there checking it out.
I've noticed the Under engine plastic protection tray is ready to be replaced.
Any ideas on where to buy a new one??

cheers

Good news then :)

I would just order one directly from your local SEAT dealer.

Try motors in motion (leon breaker on ebay)
Had a couple of bits off them with good service

how much fuel did you have in her when it happend ? coz if you haven't enough fuel it wont let the turbo cut in fully. well thats what i was told anyways.:D

Editing your spelling
slightly pedantic.

But alas i have tried it, i used to regularly run my ibiza tdi down to warning light buzzer on the fuel gauge with 0 miles showing on the trip computer, many members have as well in a 'who can get the most miles from a tank thing' and i never experienced what you say, nor anyone else reported this.

Definitely, the problem is all about your turbo and gently takes a look with your pipes to get of everything.
