Loss of power/acceleration

Hi people. New user here with a question I hope you can help with.

I currently have a 54 plate 1.2 SX. 2 days ago whilst out and about the engine started juddering slightly and an orange engine warning light came on. The next day i took the car round the block to see if the problem was still there. It drove fine for about 5 mins then I experienced a loss of power, like I was taking my foot off or braking. I tried reving it but the counter was hardly moving. Managed to crawl/coast home.

After switching the engine off and restarting I have power again but a bit warry of driving again. My nearest garage is 5 miles away down a very busy road.

Anyone have experienced a similar problem? Any ideas appreciated

It turns the low voltage ignition signal from the ECU into a hight voltage spark.

Aout £30 each from a motor factors.

Thanks for the advice. Took it to local garage. No 3 was totally gone with no 4 on its way out. £200 for diagnostic, replace both packs, new set of plugs and labour. Running better now than when we bought it 6 months ago. :)
