Loosing boost after a period of driving

just a quick question, was driving my remapped cupra tonight driving fine boosting fine after about hour and half of driving, putting foot down didnt seem like there was as much grunt or boost?

left it to cool down for a while about 20 mins

back in and it was fine??

can anyone clear up what this maybe isit common?

cool, so this is what its down to then, i was getting worried lol so its just the intercooler needng an upgrade to handle it

yeah basicly. the standard intercooler in my eyes is not in the best of places for direct cold air e.g obstructed by plastic etc. get a front mount on there and it will minimise the heat soak!!

yea i have boost gauge but when it was limp it was hitting about 9 psi?

whats a good safe psi to have the car running at and how would i be able to adjust it?

well i no on the leons when they get remaped they hit about 1.1bar which is about 15.69 psi. my m8ts ibiza cupra on here (mr d) when i have been in it hits about 21 psi thas with stage 2 revo. and thas rapid. 0-60 in bow 5.5

yea well i previously owned an audi tt 225, but the remapped cupra is much quicker on pull off and low end than the tt, but the tt felt alot more solid! so what am i looking that the cupra should be hitting psi after stage 1 REVO remap?

Who was it remapped by? what does it normally hit when it isnt in limp mode about 20psi ish? normally the N75 valve causes this....did in mine, it will make the car go into limp mode for a period of time due to over or under boost detection.

REVO remapp, forge Split-R, green cotton cone airfilter, cat back stainless twin pipe, boost oil nomad gauges in piller, green stuff pads
