Looking for Multimedia Touch-screen Radio

Sorry if this isn't the right area to be posting on, I'm new to this hahah.
I'm looking for a touch screen double dim radio for my 2011 Seat Cupra, I've had a look on eBay/Amazon but most of the radio's don't specify the model's they are suitable for. Does anyone have any links as to where I can buy one? Wanting a decent one, don't really have a strict budget. I prefer ones with the larger screens rather than with loads of buttons, I'll post a few links below of some I have found and if anyone can confirm whether they'd fit or not I'd really appreciate it Pretty useless with this stuff hahaha.

I was really wanting this Sony one but I'm unsure whether it would fit with it being so squared off and my radio being curved:

I’m pretty sure with my car being a cupra my radio section is a lot wider, so i don’t think any of the recommendations on there would fit my car. Thankyou tho

I think from the avatar it might be an Ibiza Cupra... but not 100% sure.
