Price looks good, car looks good but its a bit funny that the service history was good up untill 66500 miles then not serviced for the last 15,000 miles??
I'd be asking why, especially as it was one owner and has been so well kept up, now at high miles is when you want to keep it regular.
I would n't worry about mileage but would look at a few things..

Let the car heat up and put on the air conditioning, open the bonnet, if the two fans are turning slowly (ish) and engine doesn't have to labour then all is good. If the engine labours a bit and the fans pulse it means the twin fans resistor has gone. This is not a big deal and can be fixed yourself for about £85. This could be a bargining point for price as a new unit is £400.
Pollen filter leaking (passengers foot well) is common but can be fixed with silicon sealant
Door seals can let in water, this has been upgraded in some models
When test driving drive slowly and listen out for knocking when turning into junctions, this could be ARB bushes, cheap to change
Alloy wheel coating can be flakey/bubbly
Standard tyres are a bit rubbish, (pirelli P Zeros) get Good year eagles
Brake discs are expensive so check out the condition of them
Make sure you get to start the car from cold, make sure you can do this as can show blue smoke if piston seals are leaking (standard for any test drives of cars)
Dash rattles aswell

Good guide as above - use this advice.

Defo a worry that not serviced for last 15k - you have to ask why from brand new service regularly then stop? Remember for selling on this now does not have FSH.
Also check tread depth on tyres - don't do what I did and forget to check because at over £100 a corner this is expensive. Also check condition of the spare tyre as people tend not to, and this can be worn right down and just never replaced.

Check general wear and tear for everything and study hard - the slightest hint of any rust or discolouring/fading (which is common on yellow cars) may hint at a respray job and so much more £££.

TBH i think that is a reasonable price thats it is up for, but use any worn bits or defects and the fact that is does not have FSH as bargaining tools.

Good luck

it could be a genuine mistake since alot of people would not know that were are two lcr variants (generally speaking) but i would definately be pointing that out if seriously considering the car.

Its not a huge deal, the cars are very similar
Check the sticky at top of leon section to see differences
But all in all were stacking up alot of bargining tools for you
At this rate you'll get it for £5,000 lol
