Locking Pin now going down

Hello,

I have just been sealing the doors on my Leon as per instructions:

The rears when fine but I have just done the drivers side as after putting it all back together the lock pin down not go up or down when I lock and unlock the doors! It moves but not how it once did.

I have taken the door pannel again but cannot work out what is wrong. I don't really want to take the ancillaries carrier panel off as it looks like a pig of a job.

Any ideas? Anyone had this issue themselves?

remove the panel again and try operating the pin, if it goes up an down. the pin is catching wwhen you put the panel back on

Taken apart again and magically works again!

All I need to do now is order some clips to hold the door card inplace.
