Location of Double Temperature Sender

Hi,

Last time I had the AA out to replace a coil pack, he reset the warning lights and said that I need a new coolant sensor as well

I have managed to get one off ebay but I can't find out where it is to replace it

I have a 02 Leon 1.6 Mk1

Does anyone have a picture of the location of the sensor ?

Basically its on the right hand side between your airbox/ battery and engine, it sits in a wide diameter black hose.

I have changed this on my MK1 Leon. It is a 1.6 16V with air con. The coolant sensor is on the right hand side of the engine on the top of the block. It is in a tight gap behind a few hoses. Boxed in red.

Apparently on the 1.6 without air con, it is on the thermostat housing.
