limiting boost???

hey guys,

ive searched the forum for a bit and havent found the answer... ive had my cupra for 6 months or so now, and after some hassle, i had it running fine, but now its decided to only boost to 10psi its been running 18psi up to 4.5k then drops off slowly to 12-13 at 6.5k since i got it, but now it wont pull any more than 10. ive had a look and found no boost leaks or split plastic pipe, and the vac pipe to the actuator is fine, as are others,

the mods are
revo stg1
4bar fpr
miltek stainless cat back,
n429, 112, sai, egr removal, resistored,
pipercross viper cai feed from inner wing,
Turbosmart twin port half recirc/half BOV adjstable, adjusted to full recirc,
lightened g60 fly and vr6 clutch,
done 4 new coilpacks bout 4 months ago,

ive done some vag com logs but i dont know the most about it, if any one could shade any light on something it would be great,

ive also logged 002 and 020, and 026 and 020, on 026 it show 4 voltages, what are these? the second one is always higher than the rest, and the next one slightly lower,

anyhelp would be appreciated :help: i can email the log files if someone can help,

think you might have vacuum or boost leak, when you should be hitting peak boost around 3500 rpm (k03/s i presume ) your only get 0.3 bar , requested boost isn't matching actual

cheers guys, i thought it was a leak but wanted to check i wasnt missing somethin silly, im going to have to take the pipes off and inspect, as i cant see anything in situ, any tips on leak testing?

i thought the lamda values were a bit erratic as well, but that would be caused by the leak yeh?

as for the FPR i bought it like that, it was mapped with the 4bar reg, can i get away with puttin a 3 bar one in? would it run better? i was under the impression that more fuel pressure = more fuel per inj cycle = more power?
