lights on ignition

hey all, i just wondered what lights, "light up" on the dash when the key is turned once (before starting the engine) on mine not all of the lights, light up..

also i noticed if i start the engine but dont put my seat belt on the seat belt light doesnt come on, is that normal? or do i have a problem somewhere?

I don't think Leons have the seatbelt light as std. You can turn it on with VAG-COM from what i have heard but I am still yet to work out how.

I think the last time i checked the fuse box, the fuse for the seat belt was missing so asume i dont have that option
