Light switch on Toledo MK4 2016

I've had my Toledo 2016 now few months, now the dark nights come in , headlights are being used, Right when I turn the light switch on the lights on the switch go on and off couple of times with the side light green. Then they stay on as normal after a couple of times doing it , also can hear buzzing sound at the same time coming from rear around back door seat driver side

Also noticed when it done the switches where the rear window heater, heat seat, door locks and stop and start and the mirror adjustment switch on door the red back light goes off too ????......any ideas as all other lights work
