In response to your recent e-mail regarding the New SEAT Leon FR, I write to confirm that the release date for this vehicle is intended for July 2006. However this currently is subject to change. A DSG version of the model (with paddles) will be available towards the end of the year (November/December) however it is not yet confirmed if the model will have leather interior as an optional extra.

With regard to the monochrome Satellite Navigation system, this is now available in the UK.

The Smartnav (small display option) is available to order from any SEAT UK main dealer at a cost of £199.00. The part number for this accessory is ZGB1M5056002.

oooooooooooh so i can have a flappy paddle leon FR then , touble is i want sat nav And leather the spec i now have , and its sugested the dismal might not be flappy paddle.

I just had a phone call from SEAT Uk regarding an email I sent them.
They said that the FR and CUPRA will be availbale at the end of 06/ beg 07.....i smell s****

I spoke to the stealer when I went to test drive the car im afeter at the weekend, he said the new Cupra will be out around December to

My source tells me the Leon FR launch is End of May 06, and the Cupra has yet to be defined, let alone within 6 months of launch.
