Hi,

Sometimes my leon wont always start 1st time. Everything is turning over ok but it doesnt seem to fire up. It will start eventually and sometimes its fine for a week then starts playin up again but its just a pain in the arse. It runs ok aswell once its going.

I had a fault code scan and it only came up G62 coolant temp sensor which i changed today. The car has started 1st time since but it still sounds lazy when starting and im not confident this has solved the problem.

Does anyone know what the cause can be or has anyone had the same problem which they have now fixed??

Thanks

Had a problem with mine recently, not starting from cold, eventually when it did start it was coughing/popping/ banging etc.... Ran vagcom and came up with Cat Bank 1 : effciancy to low.... Changed temp sensor and in seemed to fix the problem....

You can run Vag again and see what faults are found then post up the results..

Cheers for that. Its so far so good really. has started 1st time evrytiime since and car does seem to be a bit more responsive. But a couple of times has started a bit lazily. But ill see how long it goes for and if it gets better or worse.
