Leon strange noise and other questions.

I am new here. I just got my 03 seat leon 1.9TDi S. I quite like it. But the car make some high frequency noise when acceleration. And the gear 1 and 2 seems not acclerate fast (or we say powerful). Have any idea and suggestion about the noise? A little bit worry that could be serious problem.

And I also want to buy a remote locking fob, how much in total to buy a fob(include the blade), cut it and program it to make it work for my car? Where should I go?
